My Energy Healing Journey and Why I Use A.R.T
The energy healing modality I primarily use is called ART (Accelerated Release Technique), which I learned from my trainer, Renu Arora.
ART uses a pendulum to connect with the subconscious mind. This allows us to explore emotional patterns, trauma responses, and stored stress that may be holding you back — helping you move toward greater clarity, peace, and emotional balance.

This case study is based on a client who was experiencing grief following the loss of his wife.

The client had been coping with deep sadness and emotional heaviness for about a year. Much of the distress related to unresolved feelings from their marriage and the suddenness of the loss. He reported difficulty sleeping, low energy, and challenges engaging with daily activities. He also felt a persistent weight in his chest and found it hard to enjoy the activities he used to love.
