Phobias and fears often originate from a combination of past experiences, subconscious patterns, and emotional conditioning. While the conscious mind may not always remember the source, the subconscious can hold onto unresolved experiences or beliefs that shape fear responses.

    “I went to Sandeep who is a energy practitioner. I had problems with my right shoulder which had limited movement. I sat down and it took a one hour session. It was a simple question and answer session. I have to say I did feel relaxed during the session. As the session ended I could lift up my arm to around 70 degrees whereas before the limitation was only around 20 degrees!

    I suffer with long term eczema all round the body for most of my life. This was my main reason for getting treatment.     “Before I was getting hand cramps and my body was feeling very cold. I constantly had a blanket and hot water bottle with me but my body couldn’t get warm.
